There are two options for our students. One option is the serviced hostels at our Residential campus with single rooms, meals and 24/7 security. The other is shared off-campus housing which our Students Welfare team can facilitate.

Bedroom
The comfort single bedroom is a fine representation of the experience of a learning-living community. This option is equipped with shared bathrooms and private balcony.
Size of the single bedroom + Balcony: 113 sq. ft.
Amenities: Fridge, Locker, Private Balcony
Rent: MUR 12,000 per month
En- suite
Bedroom
Located on a floor of 6 bedrooms, with private bathroom & balcony each.
The En-suite bedroom is the perfect option with greater space to relax and study.
Size of the single bedroom + Balcony: 160.38 sq. ft.
Amenities: Fridge, Locker, Private Balcony
Rent: MUR 15,500 per month
En-suite Plus
Bedroom
Located in an apartment house-style building of 8 rooms per floor with private bathroom each and common balcony. Each Ensuite Plus bedroom have been carefully designed and furnished to offer a practical and comfortable living space.
Usable size of the single bedroom: 153.38 sq. ft.
Amenities: Pantry, Mini-Fridge, AC – 32 Rooms found on 2nd Floor only
Rent: MUR 17,500 per month
Shared off- campus housing
For economical living, some students may opt to rent off-campus houses/apartments on a shared basis. This will be facilitated by our Students Welfare team.
Estimated rent per person per month for a 3-bedroom house shared by six people: MUR 5,000 per month.
Meal Options
- At the Residential Campus, Indo-Mauritian / Indian / Continental Meals will be provided for an estimated price of MUR 8,000 -12,000 per month (three meals, including lunch at the Academic Campus on weekdays).
- The students also have the option to cook for themselves, even at our Residential Campus, for a more economical living experience.
- All students will have the option of getting Indian / Continental / Mauritian Lunch at the Academic Campus on weekdays.
